Rajawali Place] is a prestigious 31-storey commercial office building in Setiabudi, Jakarta, Indonesia with six basement carpark spaces which form part of a mixed used superblock development comprising the luxurious ST Regis Hotel and St Regis Residences.
The office tower contains 57,721 square meters of floor space with a typical floor plate of 1,999 square meters. It includes a 150mm raised floor system and allows for a customizable floor arrangement with a floor-to-ceiling height of six meters.
The site was formerly occupied by the Four Seasons Jakarta, which relocated to Capital Place Jakarta.[2]
