Raid is a 2018 Indian Hindi-language crime film directed by Raj Kumar Gupta. It stars Ajay Devgn, Saurabh Shukla and Ileana D'Cruz.[3] The film is based on the real life income-tax raid conducted by the officers of Income Tax Department on Sardar Inder Singh in the 1980s, which distinguished itself from others for being the longest raid in Indian history.[4][5]

Raid was released theatrically in India on 16 March 2018 to positive reviews from critics.[6][7] The film was a critical and commercial success and also entered the 100 Crore Club in India. It earned over ₹150 crore (US$18 million) in its global theatrical run on a budget of ₹40 crore (US$4.8 million).[8][9]
