Old Gallo-Romance language

Old Gallo-Romance is a Romance language spoken from around 600 to 900 AD.[1] It evolved from the Vulgar Latin spoken by the Gallo-Romans which was during the times of Clovis I's successours belonging to the Merovingian dynasty.[2]
