Nykyfor Oleksandrovych Hryhoriv[lower-alpha 1] (or Grigoryev, real surname Servetnyk; 21 February [O.S. 9 February] 1884 – 27 July 1919) was a Ukrainian military leader noted for repeatedly switching sides during the Ukrainian War of Independence and Soviet-Ukrainian war. He is today considered one of the most influential rebel leaders of the Otamanshchyna phenomenon.[1]
