North Maharashtra University

Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University is a university in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. Formerly North Maharashtra University, it was established on 15 August 1990 after separating from the parent University of Pune.[1]

In 2001, the NAAC accredited the 4-star status to the university.[1] The university was re-accredited by NAAC as 'A'(CGPA 2.88 on 4 point scale) grade university.[2]
