Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen (Danish pronunciation: [ne̝lsˈhene̝ŋ ˈɶɐ̯steð ˈpʰeðɐsn̩], 27 May 1946 – 19 April 2005),[1] also known by his abbreviated nickname NHØP, was a Danish jazz double bassist.[2][3]
