Fijian diplomat / From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Nazhat Shameem Khan (born 1960) is a Fijian diplomat and former judge who served as the Permanent Representative of Fiji to the United Nations from 2014 to 2022. She was also the President of the United Nations Human Rights Council in 2021.[1] She served as a judge of the High Court of Fiji from 1999 to 2009, the first woman to do so.[2] She is currently a Deputy Prosecutor for the International Criminal Court.
