Miss America 1991, the 64th Miss America pageant, was held at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey on Saturday, September 8, 1990. It was telecast live on NBC.

The pageant was won by Marjorie Vincent, Miss Illinois. She was the first winner of Haitian descent, and would later briefly serve as chairwoman of the board of directors of the Miss America Organization.[1]
With 1991 being the 70th anniversary of the Miss America pageant, longtime host Bert Parks was invited back to sing "There She Is, Miss America" to Vincent after she was crowned.
