Marathon (/ˈmærəθən/)[3] is a census-designated place (CDP) in Brewster County, Texas, United States. The population was 470 in 2007,[4] after growing from 455 in 2000, but had decreased to 430 by 2010.[5] The population further decreased to 410 by 2020.[6]
