Du Qinglin[lower-alpha 1] (born November 1946 in Panshi, Jilin City, Jilin) is a politician of the People's Republic of China. He formerly serves as vice chairman of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), and a Secretary of the Secretariat of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). From 2007 and 2012 he served as the director of United Front Work Department of CCP Central Committee.[1]
