Druzhkivka (Ukrainian: Дружківка, pronounced [drʊʒˈk⁽ʲ⁾iu̯kɐ] ⓘ; Russian: Дружковка, romanized: Druzhkovka) is a city in Donetsk Oblast (province) of Ukraine. It was previously a city of regional significance before the status was abolished. Population: 53,977 (2022 estimate)[1]; 64,557 (2001). The area of the city is 46 km2.[citation needed]
