Douglas Moylan

Douglas Brian Keola Moylan[1] (born October 19, 1966) is a Guamanian politician and attorney. He was the ninth (youngest and first elected) and fifteenth (sixth elected) Attorney General of Guam, serving from 2003 to 2007 and since 2023, respectively.

He was licensed in California in 1990 and has been in active practice since then. In 2002, Moylan was chosen as Guam's first elected Attorney General. He ran again successfully in the 2022 election. He defeated the incumbent, Leevin Camacho.
