Debin (Russian: Де́бин, IPA: [ˈdʲebʲɪn]) is an urban locality (an urban-type settlement) in Yagodninsky District of Magadan Oblast, Russia. Population: 721 (2010 Russian census);[1] 921 (2002 Census);[4] 2,387 (1989 Soviet census).[5]
