Dazaifu (太宰府市, Dazaifu-shi) is a city located in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan.[1] As of 31 March 2024[update], the city had an estimated population of 71,505 in 33204 households, and a population density of 260 persons per km².[2] The total area of the city is 29.60 km2 (11.43 sq mi).
