David Winsor Piccini MPP is a Canadian politician who is Ontario’s Minister of Labour, Immigration, Training & Skills Development since September 22, 2023. He was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario in the 2018 provincial election.[1] He represents the riding of Northumberland—Peterborough South as a member of the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario.
