David Peter Ewers[2] (born 3 November 1990) is a Zimbabwean rugby union player who is currently without a club. He previously played for Rugby|Ulster, Exeter Chiefs and Cornish Pirates.[3] He is capable of playing both Flanker and Number 8. Ewers is known for his destructive ball carrying, and exceptional defensive capabilities.[citation needed]
