Carlos Del Toro (born 1961)[1] is a Cuban-American entrepreneur and retired United States Navy officer who serves as the 78th United States Secretary of the Navy since 2021.[2][3] He is the second Hispanic American to serve as Secretary of the Navy, after Edward Hidalgo.[4]
