Abubakar Umar Tutare (born 13 February 1965) is a Nigerian politician who served as the senator representing the Taraba Central senatorial district from 2011 to 2015. He was elected in the 2011 Nigerian Senate elections, running on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).[1]
