Abeba Aregawi Gebretsadik (Amharic: አበባ አረጋዊ ;born 5 July 1990) is an Ethiopian-Swedish retired middle-distance runner who specialised in the 1,500 metres. She won the bronze medal in the 1,500 m at the 2012 Summer Olympics and a gold medal at the World Championships in 2013. She has represented both Ethiopia and Sweden internationally.
