Lafiyar jiki

Lafiyar jiki shine yanayin lafiya da jin dadi kuma, musamman, ikon yin abubuwa na wasanni, ayyuka da ayyukan yau da kullum. Ana samun lafiyar jiki gabaɗaya ta hanyar ingantaccen abinci mai gina jiki, [1] motsa jiki mai matsakaicin ƙarfi, [2] da isasshen hutu tare da tsarin dawo da tsari.[3]
