Shawn Watson (born September 21, 1959) is an American football coach. He is currently the head coach at Wofford College, a position he has held since October 6, 2022 after the resignation of Josh Conklin.[1] Watson served as the head football coach at Southern Illinois University Carbondale from 1994 to 1996, compiling a record of 11–22. He was the offensive coordinator at the University of Colorado Boulder (2000–2005), the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (2007–2010), the University of Louisville (2011–2013), and the University of Pittsburgh (2017–2018).
