Penny Schwinn

Penny Schwinn is an American educator and former Commissioner of Education for the U.S. state of Tennessee. She was appointed by Governor Bill Lee on January 17, 2019,[1] and was sworn in on February 1, 2019.[2] She resigned in May 2023.
