Irene Ng Phek Hoong (Chinese: 伍碧虹; pinyin: Wǔ Bìhóng; born 24 December 1963) is a former Malaysian-born Singaporean politician who represented Tampines Group Representation Constituency from 2001 to 2015.[1] She is also a Writer-in-Residence at the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS).
