Pomeroy Green is an example of Eichler Homes' Mid-century modern architectural style, located in Santa Clara, California, USA. The two-story housing complex has sixteen multifamily buildings, each providing a range of configurations per building. Accompanied by a clubhouse, the complex is situated amidst landscaped grounds. Constructed in 1961, it holds historical significance for its innovative cluster development approach. Spearheaded by real estate developer Joseph Eichler, the district was designed by architect Claude Oakland in collaboration with landscape architects Sasaki, Walker and Associates. Pomeroy Green was registered on the National Register of Historic Places on March 24, 2021.[2][3]
