Collective Brands, Inc. was an American holding company that owned Payless ShoeSource (footwear retailer), Robeez (shoe manufacturer) and Airwalk (shoe manufacturer). The company was purchased by Wolverine Worldwide, Blum Capital, and Golden Gate Capital in 2012.[1]
