Casatenovo (Brianzöö: Casanööf) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lecco in the Italian region of Lombardy, about 30 kilometres (19 mi) northeast of Milan and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) southwest of Lecco. As of 2011[update], it had a population of about 12,700.
Casatenovo borders the following municipalities: Besana in Brianza, Camparada, Correzzana, Lesmo, Lomagna, Missaglia, Monticello Brianza, Usmate Velate.
