The 1960 Rose Bowl was the 46th edition of the college football bowl game, played at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California, on Friday, January 1, 1960, at the end of the 1959 season. This was the first Rose Bowl appearance by the Huskies since 1944 and the first appearance by the Badgers since 1953.[2] This was the first time these two football programs met on the field.
