The 1944 Amarillo Army Air Field Sky Giants football team represented the United States Army Air Forces's Amarillo Army Air Field (Amarillo AAF) near Amarillo, Texas during the 1944 college football season. Led by first-year head coach Dan Salkeld, the Sky Giants compiled a record of 5–3.[1] Steve Sebo was the team's backfield coach. Amarillo AAF's roster included Al Coppage and Bob Jauron.[2][3]
