联盟、进步和民主（西班牙語：Unión, Progreso y Democracia^[29]^[30]^[31]^[32]^[33]^[34]；[uˈnjon, pɾoˈɣɾeso i ðemoˈkɾaθja]，简称UPyD，[upeiˈðe]^{[note 1]}）是西班牙的一个中间派政党，成立于2007年9月26日。该党奉行社会自由主义路线，反对西班牙国内各种形式的分离主义运动。该党成立之初，发展迅速，但近年来逐渐式微。
