欧洲议会（European Parliament, EP）是欧洲联盟事实上的兩院制立法機關之下議院，唯一的一个直选议会机构；與歐盟理事會同為歐盟的主要立法決策機構。議會現有720席歐洲議會議員。2024年歐洲議會選舉選民達3.75億人，是世界上第二大民主議會選舉。僅次於印度議會。
