马萨诸塞大學系統（英語：University of Massachusetts）, 簡稱麻省大學或麻州大學系統，是由美国麻薩諸塞州五所公立大學所組成的高等教育系統，也是麻薩諸塞州唯一的公立研究型大學系統。其校區分布於阿默斯特（Amherst）、波士顿（Boston）、达特茅斯（Dartmouth）、洛厄尔（Lowell）、和醫學院所在地的沃斯特（Worcester）。在這五所大學中，阿默斯特校區（Amherst）是系統中的旗艦學校，也是最大和最老的學校。
