馮應謙（英語：Anthony Y.H. Fung，？—），現任香港中文大學亞太研究所所長及香港中文大學新聞與傳播學院教授，2016年以中國“千人計劃”入選者身分，獲北京師範大學藝術與傳媒學院的引進，成為該院的數字創意媒體研究中心主任[7]。1998年，馮教授取得美國明尼蘇達大學新聞與大眾傳播學院的哲學博士學位[8]。

- 2017年8月擔任所長一職。
- 代表香港中文大學，首次以《香港遊戲工業：文化政策、創意群聚與亞洲市場》項目，向香港中央政策組提出申請，並獲研究資助局批出的《策略性公共政策研究金》[9]。（2010-2014年）
- 參予推出《閃鑽計劃》，透過手機技術作新媒介，向年輕人傳播流行的信息或相關的活動[9]。（2010年）
- 向香港中文大學倡議，把人文館一樓的建築空間改建為新亞書院的多用途場地，以舉辦更多的學術研討會及作錄影室之用[10]。（2010年）
- 與東南亞、歐美的大學聯繫，為在校學生提供海外交流、實習的機會[9]。
- 他帶領學院上下及新舊校友籌辦了「新傳五十．張佬擺大壽」慶典，慶祝香港中文大學新聞與傳播學院成立50週年[11]。（2015年）
- 倡議在香港中文大學新聞與傳播學院增設全新的「全球傳播」四年制課程，以培養學生的全球化視野[12]。（2016年）
- 以院長的身分，在香港電台的《香港家書》節目，以“數碼廣播”為題，撰寫了一封公開信致青年人[13]。（2017年）
- 7月卸任院長一職，寄予同學堅持所好，實踐自己的夢想[14]。（2017年）
