莎拉·波潔兒[4]（1991年2月28日—），全名莎拉·李·波潔兒（愛爾蘭語：Sarah Lee Bolger，/ˈsɛərə ˈli ˈboʊldʒər/），是位愛爾蘭女演員，以2003年電影《前進天堂》的童星角色成名。
1991年生於愛爾蘭都柏林的屠戶家庭。偕同妹妹艾瑪（Emma）童星出身[5][6] ，惟近年來艾瑪以專注學業為由停止活動，因此莎拉隻身闖蕩演藝界。除演員事業外，偶爾也接配音工作。
