穆罕默德·马赫迪·蒙塔扎尔（阿拉伯语：محمد المهدي المنتظر），意为“被期待的救世主穆罕默德”，是伊斯兰教什叶派主流派别十二伊玛目派尊奉的第十二任、也是最后一任伊玛目，他被视为马赫迪（伊斯兰教中的救世主）。传说他于941年开始隐遁起来，但不会死，在世界末日会复临人间，在真主的领导下主持末日审判。
遜尼派學者並不相信穆罕默德·马赫迪·蒙塔扎尔是馬赫迪，也不相信他被真主隱遁起來。某些遜尼派學者甚至認為此人根本不存在。[4]
