威廉五世（法語：Guillaume V de Nevers，約1107年—1161年11月21日），尼維爾伯爵（1175年—1181年在位），居伊及格里尼翁的瑪蒂爾達之子[1] 。
1175年威廉的父親居伊去世後，他的母親瑪蒂爾達作為攝政，為威廉管理伯國[2]。1181年，威廉五世還是個孩子時便去世[2]。威廉的妹妹阿格尼絲將成為尼維爾伯國的繼承人[2]。
