基拉陨石坑（Kira）是月球背面南半球的小火山坑，其名称取自俄罗斯女性名，1976年被国际天文学联合会正式接受。
该陨坑位于卫星坑帕特萨耶夫 Q坑底东部，东北靠近帕特萨耶夫环形山、西南毗邻巨大的齐奥尔科夫斯基环形山，已磨损的邦达连科陨石坑位于它的东面，西南则是废墟般的费先科夫陨石坑[1]。
该陨坑中心月面坐标为17.71°S 132.83°E / -17.71; 132.83，直径6.81公里[2]，
深约1.15公里[3]。
基拉陨石坑是一座中空的熔岩穹丘堆，它高出周边地形250米[3]，内部容积约有12.63立方千米[3]。
