吉娜·喬伊·卡拉諾（英語：Gina Joy Carano，1982年4月16日—）是一位美國女演員、電視名人、健身模特兒，也是一位前綜合格鬥家。

2021年2月，吉娜於社群媒體Instagram貼文，暗示今日作為共和黨人就如同在納粹時期生為猶太人。
貼文一出，引發與論譁然。盧卡斯影業立即發出申明，表示：「盧卡斯影業目前已停止聘用吉娜·卡拉諾，也沒有未來相關合作計畫」，「她（吉娜）利用貼文來詆毀他人文化和宗教，令人無法接受」。由於貼文爭議，吉娜已從Disney+影集曼達洛人的演員名單刪除[1]。
