《初恋50次》（英語：50 First Dates）是一部2004年的美国浪漫喜剧电影，由彼得·席格（Peter Segal）执导。主演为亞當·山德勒和茱兒·芭莉摩。其中亞當·山德勒出演一位海洋馆的兽医，是个花花公子；他与茱兒·芭莉摩扮演的露西在餐厅内巧遇。其后亨利突然发现露西是一名因车祸导致的順向失憶症患者，这改变了亨利的处世态度。影片主要在夏威夷群岛摄制。
