《最后的舞请与我一起》（韓語：마지막 춤은 나와 함께，英語：Save the Last Dance with Me[1]）是韩国SBS自2004年10月23日起播出的週末特別計劃劇。
劇情簡介
姜玄宇是國內某大企業接任總裁，大學畢業後，在會長父親的逼迫下曾短暫參與公司經營，卻以留學為藉口而前往美國學習攝影。由於會長仍不死心，為此和父親大吵一架離家出走的玄宇，卻遭遇意外而發生記憶障礙，忘了自己的身分。失去記憶的玄宇開始了新生活，並愛上了此時邂逅的女子瑩琇。然而這段愛戀卻在泰民一手策劃下的車禍中，從玄宇的記憶中完全消失……
