五亳高速公路是安徽省的一条高速公路，省高速编号为S08（其中亳蒙高速原编号为S31），起點位於五河縣，終點位於亳州市譙城區。
- 一期为谯城（立德）至涡阳（标里）段，全长13.02km，路线按双向六车道高速公路标准建设，设计速度120公里/小时，路基宽34.5米，沥青混凝土路面。2021年6月28日开工建设，预计于2023年12月建成通车。
- 二期为涡阳（标里）至蒙城（双涧）段，路线长约92.6公里，按双向四车道高速公路标准建设，设计速度120公里/小时，采用沥青混凝土路面。目前正在进行预制构件施工及征地拆迁工作，预计于2024年12月建成通车。[1]
全长119.509公里。全线采用双向四车道，设计速度120km/h。2023年6月18日开工，预计2025年12月份建成通车。
