艾略特·內斯（英語：Eliot Ness，1903年4月19日—1957年5月16日）是美國禁酒探員， 最出名是在伊利諾州芝加哥的禁酒令法執法行動，打倒艾爾·卡彭，以及是一個綽號為「鐵面無私」的著名執法探員團隊領導。[1]他合著了暢銷自傳《鐵面無私》，在他去世後不久就出版，也發行了幾部電視劇和電影，這確立了內斯在死後的名氣為清廉的打擊犯罪鬥士。
