石恢

石恢（？—335年），十六国后赵皇子，石勒少子。上党郡武乡（今山西省榆社县西北）人。
建平元年（330年），石勒称帝，封他为南阳王，辅国将军，镇守廪丘。延熙元年（333年），嫡母刘太后和石堪因为石虎专权，秘密谋立石恢，事情泄露，石恢被征召回都城襄国。建武元年（335年）与废帝石弘一起幽禁在崇训宫，不久被杀。资治通鉴记载发生在334年。
