太平洋牡蛎属[1](學名:Magallana),是牡蠣科牡蠣亞科之下一個於2016年才建立起來的屬,包括多個日常食用的非常重要物種。本屬物種原來均為巨牡蠣屬(Crassostrea)的成員,但後來發現巨牡蠣屬是一個並系群,所以重新分類成為兩個屬[2][3]。
