高滔滔（1032年—1093年），亳州蒙城人，係宋英宗嘅皇后，亦係神宗嘅亞媽。1085年4月，孫仔哲宗即位，佢成為咗太皇太后。之後垂簾聽政，支持司馬光廢新法，導致咗政局唔穩定，史稱新舊黨爭。佢喺1093年駕崩，跟謚號叫宣仁聖烈皇后，葬喺永厚陵。
