子公司 (英文：Subsidiary) 係一間完全畀另一間公司所擁有嘅公司。有控制權嗰間公司通常會叫做“母公司”。一間子公司基本上一定要跟母公司嘅任何規定，但係通常就會有返自己嘅行政部門。
一間子公司可以係有限公司，亦可以係國有公司。為咗方便起見，好多跨國公司都會用子公司嘅模式，嚟維持公司運作嘅效率[1]。有子公司嘅公司包括：Berkshire Hathaway[2]、華納兄弟、迪士尼、或者花旗集團；仲有比較專門嘅公司都會有子公司，例如 IBM、施樂、同埋 Microsoft等等。好多呢啲公司係有幾層嘅子公司，造成一個龐大嘅系統。
