變質岩（粵拼：bin3 zat1 ngaam4），係石頭類型，由其他岩石經過高熱同高壓力成形嘅，例如片岩同花崗岩經變質就成為片麻岩；砂岩可以變質做石英岩。其他變質岩例子有角閃岩、無煙煤同大理石。石榴石、翡翠等多種寶石都係專生喺變質岩。
