蓮茸包,俗寫蓮蓉包,係有餡嘅一種,係廣東香港澳門地區常見嘅點心蓮茸造。通常茶樓或者酒樓有得賣。蓮茸包除咗原本蓮茸做餡,後尾重有白蓮茸做餡。

做法

蓮蓉包係將湖南湘蓮豬油搓成蓮蓉,加攪拌成嘅餡,放入中式白蒸包嘅「皮」入面,喺蒸籠裏蒸大概十五分鐘就得。
