蓋亞（粵拼：goi3 aa3；希臘文：Γαῖα／Γαίη／γαία／Γῆ）係希臘神話嘅大地女神，亦係古希臘神話嘅大母神。喺古希臘俾人當係神噉拜。
蓋亞有時仲會畀人描繪成「大地」呢樣嘢嘅人格化，當大地因為打仗而著嗮火嗰陣，蓋亞會覺得痛。
喺歐洲，啲人口頭上成日話蓋亞係創造咗原始神祇、宇宙萬有同埋神靈、人類嘅創造之神。
