盤尼西林（英文：Penicillin），或者叫青黴素，係人類醫學史上第一種被廣泛應用嘅抗生素，響1928年由英國細菌學教授弗萊明發現青黴菌嘅特性，並響1938年聯同弗洛里、錢恩兩位學者成功提煉出盤尼西林。
