犯罪／犯法係指做啲違反法律嘅行為。被確定犯咗罪嘅人叫罪犯，多數會受法律制裁；而涉嫌犯罪但未經司法裁決嘅叫做嫌疑犯（簡稱：嫌犯／疑犯）。
唔少人會用「犯」嚟簡稱「嫌疑犯」及「罪犯」……不過若果喺嚴肅場合用「犯」嚟稱呼「嫌疑犯」，可能會引起法律糾紛。
「犯」指行為時，讀「fan⁶（粵拼）」。「犯」指人物時，讀「fan²（粵拼）」。
